Spiced Cocoa

     I gave out mason jars of this recipe for Christmas and they were very popular so I decided to post the recipe.  It's the first recipe I ever came up with myself way back in high school and I make a batch every winter.

Dawn-Marie's Spiced Cocoa

2 C. sugar
1 C. unsweetened baking cocoa
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. all spice
1/4 t. salt

Sift the cocoa in a bowl and add the other ingredients.  Mix together with a wire whisk.

When you would like to enjoy a cup of cocoa warm up a mug of milk.  1-2 minutes in the microwave depending on the size of the mug or heat the milk on the stove top.  Add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa to the milk once it's heated.  Stir until dissolved.   Makes 24 servings.
